From your description, your VS 2013 professional has crushed.
Firstly, please go to Control Panel to repair your VS.
If it doesn't help, please insert a healthy iso image to repair it.
You may download the VS 2015 Professional iso from Microsoft official website:

Visual Studio 2013 ISO Files SHA-1 Values:
https://www.visualstudio.com/en-us/downloads/visual-studio-2013-iso-sha1-vs.aspx
PS: To make sure whether your package is corrupted or not,
please use FCIV.exe http://support.microsoft.com/kb/841290 to verify hash of the ISO.
Any discrepancy would indicate that the file was corrupted. Here is a blog for how to use it, you can refer to it.
After making sure the iso is ok , you could use it to repair your VS.
If the above still doesn't help, I need you installation log file to troubleshoot this
