how to restrict url based on Particular id in C#

like i  am admin i have permission  to access in any product base id

but  end user cant access any product id ,he only permission to access some products pased on ids

From your description, I suppose you want to implement role based authorization. If that is the case, I suggest you could refer to the following articles about Identity or Membership and Form Authentication.
