How to make app to fit in all resolution

    Hi I have created an app . It works well in tablet and screens below 21 inch resolution. when  I moved to 23 inch and above resolution the background is correct and the app contents are dislocating.

    When it works in 23 inch and above it will display as follows....

     Dislocated

    Anyone Help me to fix this issue and tell the way to work the app in all kind of resolutions

    i would write a short javascript that:

    1. gets screen resolution first
    2. based on height will calculate y position for the boxes
    3. based on width will calculate boxes margin
    4. based on width will center boxes container
    5. will then apply to css via code
