  • Hi Manesh,

In SharePoint 2013, there is a default managed property called "SPSiteURL" which is mapped to ows_SPSiteURL. You can modify the managed property to make sure it is Queryable, Searchable, Retrievable and Refinable. Then when you add a refiner in Refinable Web part, you will find the managed property. And to make the managed property work well, you also need to do a full crawl for your content source.

If you don't want to change the default managed property, you can create a new managed property and map it to ows_SPSiteURL, and also need to make sure it is Queryable, Searchable, Retrievable and Refinable.
