Need some help regarding validation and css RRS feed

    Hi Sudip_inn,

    You can achieve this using Jquery.Validate library. Code example is given in below post,

    But I guess presently instead of increasing page size by using another jquery library, you can use HTML5 to do these validations easily.

    Firstly, as Nataraj said, some jQuery validation plugins could be helpful for validating form fields.

    all textboxes border becomes red and textbox left side good thick red border.

    Secondly, if you check the element using F12 developer tools, you will find the following CSS style are applied to the textbox to create thick red border.

    looking for one suggestion that when validating with asp.net mvc data annotation then what to do in css or js as a result when validation fail then its corresponding element should have thick left border if the control type is textbox.
