  • How can I make my program works in all Operating Systems?

    such as linux,mac,unix and so on...

    is that available in VB 2010 Express or any of VB editions?

  • Visual Basic (all versions since VB6) requires the .Net Framework, which Microsoft only makes available for Windows.  There is a project called Mono which aims to provide cross-platform .Net Framework support, but I don't know how successful it has been. You can check it out at www.mono-project.com.

    You need a IDE which support all platforms. You can do this with JAVA.
