C++ V/s C# - Performance ? RRS feed

  • General discussion

  • I wanted to ask whose performance is better C# or C++. I believe that C++ is faster than C#.

    It will be very helpful if you provide some codes that might help keeping your argument.

    Thank You,

  • C++ can let us use pointer, which can be applied for memory-directly controlling.

    And you can escapture the whole codes into a dll in C++, and it can be also called by C# for some interactions with hardware or core things related to CPU, ect.

    The compiled result of C++ is CPU-based codes, it is very very similar to that of Assembly Language. So the speed is averagely faster than that of C#;)
