  • Hi All,

    I am new to SharePoint. I am required to create a work flow for new starts.(new employees). The logic is HR create a New hire list once fill in and "saved" it should create a task for a field called hiring manger ( so whoever is assign to this field at that time it should create a task for them, how do I do this?

    The rest of the logic is: The hiring manager will go into the task and update what's required for the new start. Once they complete this task, they should trigger another task for IT to complete.

    IT completes their Task the Hiring manager should review and approve. If rejected another task or email should be sent to the IT group. If approved task should be completed.
