Embedded visual c++ 4.0 SP4 installation error (Rollback) in any Win7 64 bit system

Question

I was trying to install the embedded visual studio 4.0 in windows 7 64 bit. when i am trying to install Service pack 4 it was automatically got rollback.

Below Steps i did.

1. Installed Windows CE 5.0 platform- Success

2. Installed EVC++4.0 - Success

3. Installation of Service pack 4 - Failed(started installation - but at some point Rollback)

But same thing i did in Windows 7 32 bit system.But its working fine.

Can anybody help regarding the above?
