publish web service

 i have desinged a simple c# web service .

 

i have made its client in ASP.net but problem is this when i try to add web reference( .wsdl)  service has to be running on local host ..  it finds web service and add it as a web reference but

 

if its not running on local host it dont add it as web reference

 

so i want help . how can i overcome this problem if service is not running on local host even at that time i can add it as a web reference

 

i read somewhere its writen that u have to publish it on local host . can any one help me how can i publish it on local host
