    Hi,

Code Coverage analysis is available for Visual Studio Ultimate and Visual Studio Premium editions only.

If your VS2012 is non of them It won't work.

    Hi,

1). Open and run a unit test in VS2012 RC.
2). In Test Explorer, click the small arrow next to Run... and then click Analyze Code Coverage node.
3). At this time, the Code Coverage Results window will show, and the TEST->Windows->Code Coverage Results menu will work.

For further informaion, please see: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd537628(VS.110).aspx

If you follow my steps above, but still can't get the Code Coverage feature work, please try to run devenv.exe /resettings command to restore your VS to the default settings to see if it helps you.
