ADO.NET Data Services Silverlight with Interceptor video RRS feed

  • Question

  • A few weeks ago I watch a couple of videos on the ADO.NET Data Services and consuming them with Silverlight. The videos went into some detail about how to integrate forms authentication into the mix with an Interceptor on the ADO.NET Data Services side. In a moment of utter stupidity I failed to bookmark or download the videos. If you know where I can find these videos again please post a link in a response here.

Thanks in advance for your help.

  • This is an excellent video for sure but it is not the video that I was watching.

I spent some time trying to remember the specifics and I could remember a few things. There was more than one video, one was done by a man and the other was done by a women. The code shown during the videos had separate layers for SL and data access, in other words the code for the Linq queries had be re-factored into a service gateway. Also the first video was showing the setup of the ado.net data services and the second video was just building on what was already setup. Another specific feature of the video was a Query Interceptor that was adding a filter based on forms authentication.

    Thanks again for your help.
