Bizspark Subscriptions RRS feed

  • We had registered for Bizspark couple of years ago (22 months). Even though I think we had access to 5 subscriptions, I am unable to use them since initially during the registrations some of the subscriptions were not able to be activated and seems to have been lost. Currently have only 3 active and new employee needs 1 subscription. How to go about? Also one of the subscription seems to have gone haywire with an error:


    Something went wrong! We are sorry, but our system has detected a problem with your account. If you are still getting this error message after 24 hours, please contact support with the date and time you started having this problem and with your subscription information. Message code: 715-123150


    What would be the net logical step to recover this account and add the new employee?
