  • Hi everyone. I'm looking for windows 95, 98, 2000, ME, Vista for testing purposes. May I know if there are any legal ways to get these or buy these? Is it available in MSDN?

    Dear Snuch,

Thanks for your interest in Microsoft Windows OS. through Visual Studio Subscription you can get Windows Server 2003, 2003 R2, XP and Vista. All other old products are retired long time ago.

    Thanks,

  • I am also interested in these older OS's.  I have a number of clients running legacy apps that I am trying to migrate them from - LOB apps in particular running on these older operating systems.  It would be a great help to me in doing this if I am able to test against these.

I currently have a VS Professional Subscription, so have no problem in downloading from here.
