    Can you find the error message in the event viewer? usually, Rapid-Fail Protection disables application pool if it crashes several times within a specified time period.

    If you want to prevent an Application Pool from stopping, disable Rapid Fail Protection in IIS. Refer to this article for more information:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/iis/configuration/system.applicationHost/applicationPools/add/failure

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/tn-archive/cc745955(v=technet.10)?redirectedfrom=MSDN

    Best regards,

    Sam

    Hello samwu

    Thank you for your reply

    We got this message from our hosting provider.. in total our website we have only 2 jquery script (1- jquery-3.2.1.min, 2- chosen.jquery.min for calendar thats it..

    Thank you for writing back to us.

    I am able to find below logs for the application pool crash for the website "xyzxyzxyz.com". Logs are given below:

    ===========================
    Application pool 'xyzxyzxyz.com(domain)(2.0)(pool)' is being automatically disabled due to a series of failures in the process(es) serving that application pool.
    A process serving application pool 'xyzxyzxyz.com(domain)(2.0)(pool)' terminated unexpectedly. The process id was '48984'. The process exit code was '0xc000012d'.
    A process serving application pool 'xyzxyzxyz.com(domain)(2.0)(pool)' terminated unexpectedly. The process id was '101576'. The process exit code was '0xfffffffe'.
    A process serving application pool 'xyzxyzxyz.com(domain)(2.0)(pool)' terminated unexpectedly. The process id was '111280'. The process exit code was '0xc0000005'.

    A listener channel for protocol 'http' in worker process '26160' serving application pool 'xyzxyzxyz.com(domain)(2.0)(pool)' reported a listener channel failure. The data field contains the error number.
    ===========================

    Upon researching the logs, we understood that this issue happens due to infected scripts or files which may be causing resource leakage. We suggest you to scan the website script and upload a clean copy of the website. Also, upgrade the scripts and check code for memory/stack/heap access issues. Also, we could see that the website is running on a version of .Net 2.0. Initially, You can check the issue by changing the .net version of the application pool and proceed further with a given solution if that does not resolve the issue..

    If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please let us know, We are always happy to help.

    Hope you will get this idea

    whats the problem.

    Thank you

    A search on 0xc000012d still seems to point at a memory issue : https://www.google.com/search?q=c000012d

    See if you have https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/visualstudio/profiling/profiling-feature-tour?view=vs-2019#analyze-memory-usage in the VS version/edition you are using.

    If not a first step could be to trace https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/system.gc.gettotalmemory?view=netframework-4.8 on each request to see how it evolves (and my compare with other apps you have)...
