Any augmented reality toolkit for Windows Store apps?

General discussion
-
I'm prototyping a Windows Store App with augmented reality that should work inside a room. I've had already played a long time ago with the SLARToolkit for Windows Phone, but it has not been updated for Windows 8.
I've done some research, there are a lot of cool libraries, but I couldn't find one that works for Windows Store Apps. I will use it indoor, so the geo apis cannot be used (GART https://gart.codeplex.com/), I need something that uses tags like the ARToolkit did.
I already know there is Qualcomm's Vuforia https://developer.qualcomm.com/mobile-development/mobile-technologies/augmented-reality, SLARToolkit, Metaio http://www.metaio.com/, and much more, but I couldn't find one that worked with Windows Store Apps.
Do you know any?
Thanks,
Juanma

Hi Juan,
I'm not familiar with any turnkey AR toolkits, but the sensor system is there for apps to use and gets better with Windows 8.1. Somebody else in the community may be able to provide more information about any third party toolkits.
There is an interesting blog entry at http://www.bing.com/blogs/site_blogs/b/maps/archive/2013/06/24/augmented-reality-with-bing-maps-in-a-windows-store-app.aspx you might want to look at.

Thanks for your answer Rob.
I have already read this entry, it is very interesting and I will certainly use GART for part of my project, but it doesn't cover indoor AR for Windows 8, just for WP7 with SLARToolkit. When you do indoor AR you do not have GPS data and the system has to rely on tags or point clouds to get a reference, but you can créate awesome projects like this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=seVqIn6ecmc
Hope that Metaio does a port for Windows RT soon, meanwhile I will continue my search. I'm evaluating to port ARToolkit, but it is OpenGL based, and seems like a lot of work to port it to RT.

Hi,
Qualcomm is providing SDK by name Vuforia which is capable of doing augmented reality and it is available for WinRT.
Thanks.

I can't see any Windows Development Option with their SDK.
Vuforia supports your development efforts with the following: Getting started guides (Android, iOS, Unity Extension) to set up development on different platforms (Windows, MacOS, Linux) Device-specific SDKs (Android, iOS) or Extensions (Unity Extension) Tools and services (Target Manager web UI, Developer Guide, Vuforia Web Services) Sample apps and video tutorials Support forum (dedicated technical support engineers, thousands of posts, FAQs)
Would appreciate further information
