Command controls appearance problems RRS feed

  • General discussion

  • Hi

My MS Access 365 application buttons, tabbs and other controls appearance have gon "wonky"  It is difficult to explain, but I will try:-

In design I draw a button, "Find Next". On completion the button shows as a small square.  When expanded, it shows the button position, background position and text in different paces.

The same applies when creating a tab.  The body appears, but no tab with text.

I am running Office 16, Windows 10 Professional.

Not sure if it is from a recent update, happened over the last day.  No new programs loaded.

    Thanks

Try running the Office repair from the Control Panel>Programs and Features.

  • Hi Bill

Thank, done that and re-installed office 365.  Still the same.  Weird!

Somehow can't include an image.  Awaiting verification on account.  Whatever that means.

Can I send it via an e-mail address?

  • I can't help you. I'm running 2010. Maybe someone else will volunteer.

One more thing...Maybe it's partial datqabase corruption. Create a new database and draw a new button on a new form. Is it still happening?
