  • Hello ,

I have list and detail screen with some entity having integer data type. When i entered character value in the numeric type then  i got below message.

Value entered  ('aa') is not valid, Reverted to previous value. Conversion Error: [Format_InvalidString] Arguments:
Debugging resource strings are unavailable.Often the key and arguments provide sufficient information to diagnose the problem. See http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=106663&version=5.1.0.30514.00&File=mscorlib.dll&key=Format_InvalidString

Initial part of the message is correct but trailing part from "Debugging resource strings are unavailable.Often the key and arguments provide sufficient information to diagnose the problem. See http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=106663&version=5.1.0.30514.00&File=mscorlib.dll&key=Format_InvalidString" which is incorrect.

According to the error message above, you can uninstall the Silverlight runtime and download and install Silverlight 5 Developer Runtime. Please check whether it can fix it.

    Best regards,
