Cursor exhibits strange behavior in Presentation mode in PowerPoint 2010 RRS feed

    Sorry for late resoponse.

    I can't reproduce like you mentioned. I tried to add an Image control from the ribbon Developer -> Controls -> Image(ActiveX Control), then set the Picture property for this control. After that I show the Presentation. The cursor works correctly.

    I would recommend you provide more detailed scenario for further research.

  • Hi Tom,

    Thanks for your reply. Here are steps --

    1. Open Power Point 2010 (Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010, 14.0.6126.5000 (32-bit)

    2. Drop a Image Activex Control and make it bigger (100X100).

    3. Keep your mouse centered to Image box rectangle.

    4.  Press F5 (to go into the presentation view). Note that mouse disappears.

    5. Now move your mouse outside of Image box rectangle area and bring back in Image box area. You would notice the mouse cursor.
