Certification app failed Crash or hang

    Question

  • i'm using direct3d11.1 along with XAML to create my game.
    when i create app package and test it using Certification kit,in the crash or hang section i got a failed mark!

    also i have found something about the problem
    first :
    An application-internal exception has occurred
    and second is Language exception!

         This may be redundant, but I thought about asking it anyway: Did you create the package using the "Release" configuration (by default Visual Studio uses the "Debug")? If so, have you tried to install that package in a second computer and run your game?

         The reason I'm asking is that I createad a package and installed it in a second, clean system. When I run it for the first time, I got a crash, and the event viewer told me what it didn't like about my game.

  • You should use the dump file to find more information about this crash.
