Cannot take any action on account expiration


  • A couple of days ago I received a "Tax Invoice" for Windows Phone and Windows Developer Subscription. My dashboard says that my account expires on November 09 2014. So why then do I see this when I logon to the dashboard:

    Action required: Renew your subscription

    Your subscription has expired. To submit apps, renew your subscription.

    My account has obviously been renewed and does, according to the very same page, not expire until next year.
    I suspect that it might have something to do with the fact that my account hasn't been verified yet. However I can't verify it because the registered credit card is no longer valid since I have a new one. It seems impossible to modify the registered credit card.

    Does any one know how to resolve this?
