Why can't I get chai.js in my project?

I am trying to install and learn Hillo specification project. It requires assertion library of chai. I am trying to find it through Hillo Specification project --- Manange NuGet Package -- Search online -- chai since last 2 days. It never shows up there. I tried in another project too. Same result.. Does chai has different name now? How do I find it?
