Workflow Manager Configuration Wizard won't Create new Service Bus farm RRS feed

  • Hello, We have 1 SharePoint 2013 Server and 1 SQL 2008 R2 server. Currently, we can only use 2010 Workflows in SPD. We want to be able to use 2013 workflows in our small farm.  I installed Workflow Manager 1.0 using WPI on a fresh 2012 R2 server, not part of the SharePoint farm, in the hopes to create a 1 server workflow farm and then register it with the SharePoint server. When I run the configuration wizard on the server, it gets to the final configuration process dialog box and Fails at the first step, Create a new Service Bus farm. In the details box it shows:

    I am logged into the server with a Domain Account that has SYSADMIN, DBCREATOR, SECURITYADMIN privileges on the SQL server.
