Office Web Apps Installation

Question
-
Hi,
I am a beginner as an admin and I really appreciate if you can help me with this.
I am trying to install Office Web Apps for SharePoint 2010, I currently have a SharePointServer.exe file alone and I need some help to proceed with my installation.
- I have both Enterprise Key and Internet Sites Key. Does office web apps come default with these licenses?
- If not can I download it here http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/subscriptions/downloads/default.aspx?pv=1:407 and do I need to approach Microsoft for additional licensing for Office Web Apps from whom we got the licensing keys?
- Does Office Web Apps need to be installed on every server in my farm ( WFE, APP in my case) or is it just that it helps in Load balancing if it is installed?
- Any order do I need to follow for Web Apps Service Applications. ( Word Viewing, Excel, PowerPoint) and if possible any precautions to take for
performance down the lane.
Thanks in advance,
Ramii

See the Microsoft Office Web Apps Deployment site for more info about Office Web Apps.
- Office Web Apps is a separate add-on product and requires a separate license. Once installed, it becomes integrated with the SharePoint farm and is very difficult to remove.
- It looks like you've linked to the TechNet subscription version of the product. You can use this, however TechNet subscriptions are for evaluation purposes. You should be downloading your software and keys from the Volume Licensing Service Center for production systems.
- Yes, you need to install OWA on all servers in the farm that are running the SharePoint product.
- I don't believe order matters.
Here is the deployment guide for Office Web Apps for an existing farm.

Office Web Apps is licensed as part of Office 2010:
Licensing Office Web Apps
Office Web Apps are licensed as part of the Office Professional Plus 2010 and Office Standard 2010 licenses. Office Web Apps are convenient online companions to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote that offer you an easy way to access, view, and edit documents directly from your Web browser. They extend the familiar Office experience to the browser. Office Web Apps include Word Web App, Excel Web App, PowerPoint Web App, and OneNote Web App.
Office Professional Plus 2010 and Office Standard 2010 include rights to Office Web Apps independent of whether an organization has active Software Assurance or not. Customers who have active Software Assurance and Office 2007 have rights to Office 2010 and, as a result, access to Office Web Apps.
While Office Web Apps are licensed as part of Office Professional Plus 2010 and Office Standard 2010, they must be hosted on premise by installing the bits on SharePoint Foundation Server 2010 or SharePoint Server 2010.

Hi Jason,
Thanks for your quick reply. Is OWA not part of Volume license for Microsoft Office suite. Do we need to get additional key for OWA.
