Error when trying to add a CSP customer 's other subscription to Cloudyn - How do we achieve this?

    Thanks for setting up Azure Cost Management by Cloudyn and for letting us know about this issue.

     You will need to open a Service Request to have the Cloudyn Support team investigate this on the back end for you:

    • Azure Portal > Help + Support > New Support Request > Service: Billing > Cloudyn Legacy
    • Azure Portal > Help + Support > New Support Request > Service: Billing > Azure Cost Management

     

    All Azure subscribers are eligible to open break fix issues like this to the Cloudyn team.
