Moving items between listbox

I have 2 List boxes in my Infopath path 2010 form. I want to move the first list box items into second list box. as well as second to first. Is there any conditions and actions to do this process ? And please explain me how do this process step by step (with conditions and actions, also using custom code). Please help me in both ways or least single way.

Two ways,

1. See this blog:

2. Create two multiselect boxes, then on the second one make that datasource be connected to the first.
