    I found two threads from you. And they are same issues. So I merge them.

    I opened the link, can't find anything. Please click it.

    I get the error 0xC8000222 from the second thread.

    0xC8000222 always means your OS is not patched up. Do you have any updates haven't been installed successfully?

    If you have some updates failed, you may try these:

    1)   Run Windows update troubleshooter.

    2)    Reset Windows Update Components.

    Also refer to “Troubleshoot problems with installing updates “ http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/Troubleshoot-problems-with-installing-updates
