    I have no idea how to fix this error.  If anyone can help point me in the right direction that would be great.

    I think you may be trying to run this against sql server 2005?  If so, you need to run the database script club-add.sql that is in the club kit.  Also, you might want to check out: Getting Started with the Club Site Starter Kit ( http://aspalliance.com/839 ) which gives you more help.
