Cannot renew developer license for Windows Store apps in windows 8 laptop

Question

When I open a Windows Store application, I'm asked to "Renew your developer license for Windows 8.1"  I agree to it and then sign into my Windows Live Account.  I get a dialog box that says "We couldn't get your developer license for Windows 8.1" Error 0x8007000D: The data is invalid. For your reference error screenshot and system configuration info are attached.

Hi Ganesan.M,

Have you tried to reboot the machine before acquiring the developer license?

Besides you need to make sure that your network environment is fine for instance your network does not have proxy.

Thanks for your reply. Yes i have also tried after reboot the machine as well, still am not able renew the developer license.

Could you follow the suggestion that Prashant provide to open a support ticket or follow the thread, as I know Microsoft will give you a fix guideline step by step, the issue happens quite often on the machine upgrade from Win8.0.
