Can't find "Class Designer" in Visual C++ Express.

I can't find Class Designer in Visual C++ Express. Is it not included in the Express version?

Class Designer is available in Standard Edition and above.

Thanks for the quick reply. I'm not familiar with the "standard" edition, but I take that as a no. No Class Designer in Visual C++ 2010 Express edition.
