Normally, you just replace the standard bootstrap css file with whatever they provide you when you buy their template.

we have still not bought ProUI.

actually the technologies that we were about to use in this project  was .NETMvc and orchard CMS

Now they have planned to use ProUi instead of CMS, so is ProUI a CMS?

how exactly does it work , I can't find any documents on google , could you please suggest some links as well

As far as I can work out, ProUI is a premium (paid for) design template based on Bootstrap (http://themeforest.net/item/proui-responsive-bootstrap-admin-template/6769035). It is not a CMS. It wouldn't replace Orchard. You should be able to use it as part of an Orchard-backed site.

The CSS files can be delivered in one of two ways - either they are designed to replace the default Bootstrap files, or they are to be used in conjunction with the default Bootstrap styles. I can't tell you for certain which approach the ProUI product takes.
