Search not roaming properly for new users RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,

We are using FSLogix (latest version) on a non-persistent Xenapp 7.15.3 environment with PVS and the latest Office 365 Click to run edition.

The problem we experience  is that 9 out of 10 new employees that start each month have problems with search in Outlook when they login for the second time the next day.

I can see this error in the Search log

    I made sure that

Office 365 is installed with search running and the search Feature installed
Searchroam=2 is embedded in our images (entries under app and policies ODFC)
Windows search is dependant on the FSLogix service, so they start in the right order

any help to put me in the right direction is welcome.

    Kind regards,

    Ivo
