Any Books for IronRuby and IronPython...? RRS feed

     Hi,

Any news on the books like... (1) IronRuby and (2) IronPython.

    Tutorials are also welcome.

I know, both of them are relatively new languages for DLR, but just a little hope if any publisher has announced their aim for publishing such books in near future.

    Thanks

    Hi,

I am also having an unblinking eyes on IronRuby. I am spending enough time every day on this. I suggest you to go for IronRuby for few quick reasons....

    (1) Easy Syntax and learning curve than C# or VB.

    (2) Dot Net Support with Ruby, you have best of both the worlds now.

    (3) MVC pattern is comming soon on .DotNet.

    (4) Ruby on Rails support with IronRuby.

    (5) LINQ support with IronRuby

    (6) VS2005 and VS2008 support as an IDE. Expression Web can also help you

    (7) SilverLight support made easy with IronRuby

    What else you need now.

You may start today with MVC on DotNet with codes available on Codeplex.

You should visit regularly to the blogs of Mr.ScottGu and John Lam.

Rather than waiting for IronRuby books, start learning Ruby with many great books available

Hope this is enough to boost your moral for IronRuby.
