it does not lead to some documentation where I can read WCF data services. if u see my link, one can read from it.

There is no need to care about whether the document is latest to learn WCF Data Service. 

There is no break changes for WCF Data Service. 

You could learn from your link to get startted with WCF Data Service.

It is sad that I did not find any document which describe the Get Started with WCF Data Service other than this wcf data services 4.5.
