Hai,
I'm developing windows store apps using javascript and html5.I wanna use current theme color as my application background color.Is it possible?how can i get current theme color?

No, it is not possible. The theme colour is for the OS theme, not for apps. As Dave said, apps should use their own branded colours.

This is definitely an oversight by MS.
This feature is definitely available to Windows Phone apps, but not to Windows Store apps. Sad.
