    Question

  • Hi,

within Visual Studio 2015 update 3 (but also Vs "15"), since yesterday I was not able to sign-in with the Azure Subscription.

    Everytime, the IDE crash.

I tried to reinstall VS2015, without success.

I'm running Windows 10  (Microsoft Windows [Versione 10.0.14955])

do you if there is something special to fix this issue ?

    thank you

    Roberto

  • Hi Roberto,

Since your Azure Subscription could sign-in before, I suggest you check whether there has any Windows and Visual Studio updates installed before this issue occurs. You could check the Updates from Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> Installed Updates.

Then please check whether this issue related to your Azure Subscription account. Please change another account sign-in to check whether it also has the same issue.

Please try reset user data for Visual Studio with command "devenv /resetuserdata", which will help us clear all user data and then re-sign in your Azure Subscription again.

In addition, Please check the ActiveLog.xml under the path of %AppData%\Microsoft\VisualStudio\14.0. This file will log all operations when you operate Visual Studio.

    Best Regards,
    Weiwei
