    The process model is configured to run with ASPNET account.

    <processModel
                enable="true"
                timeout="Infinite"
                idleTimeout="Infinite"
                shutdownTimeout="0:00:05"
                requestLimit="Infinite"
                requestQueueLimit="5000"
                restartQueueLimit="10"
                memoryLimit="60"
                webGarden="false"
                cpuMask="0xffffffff"
                userName="machine"
                password="AutoGenerate"
                logLevel="Errors"
                clientConnectedCheck="0:00:05"
                comAuthenticationLevel="Connect"
                comImpersonationLevel="Impersonate"
                responseRestartDeadlockInterval="00:09:00"
                responseDeadlockInterval="00:03:00"
                maxWorkerThreads="25"
                maxIoThreads="25"
            />

    Additional environment information:

    Windows 2003 SP2

    .net framework 1.0 SP3

    machine also has .net 1.1 & 2.0 installed

    I identified KB928367 as the problem, since removing this fix doesn't reproduce this behavior and everything runs normally.

    I already tried aspnet_regiis -i but i couldn't get this fixed. It looks like the .net framework is using another password for the account.....

    any help?

    thanks

    regards

    -hugob
