SharePoint Designer 2013 Workflow Issue

Question

Hi All,

I have created SharePoint 2013 Designer workflow(SharePoint 2010 Type) to set item level permission.This workflow working fine for few months and now this workflow not at all starting up automatically(Workflow working fine if we start manually).To resolve this issue i have tried below steps.But no luck...

1.Deleted Previous workflow and created new workflow

2.Created workflow with separate managed service account

Please look at my workflow design...

Please throw me some lights on this issue..

1st from "Manage Service Application", at the bottom check the workflow service application is running

2nd check on the application pool in IIS if working

if nothing worked, try to re-register the workflow farm

The Workflow Service Application and respective site application pool running fine.

Regarding re-register the workflow farm,i hope this activity related to SharePoint 2013 Workflow(Platform Type).But my workflow Platform type is SharePoint 2010(Workflow).

but did you recently installed the SP 2013 workflow?

i had a similar issue, when i've installed SP workflow manager 2013 with CU3 to my environment all my 2010 workflows stopped working.

This entire task,i've performing in SharePoint 2010 Workflow Platform Type.I am not trying out with SharePoint 2013 workflow type(Platform Type).

Hi Dev_790,

Are you getting any errors? Please check 15 hive log files for errors and also look into Event Viewer.

Workflows will not start automatically if the following conditions are true:

1. The Windows SharePoint Services Web application runs under a user's domain account.
2. The user logs in by using this domain account.
3. The site displays the user name as System Account.
