Does Bing Maps for Windows store apps sdk work for windows phone 8 applications alos? Urgent reply needed ?
I have the following installed in my system
Wp8 sdk
visual studio 2013
wp8.1 sdk update
No. The Bing Maps Windows Store SDK is for Windows 8 apps. WP8/8.1 has the map control built into the SDK. If you are looking to create a universal app then take a look at these blog posts:

In Windows 10 a single map control is used in both SDK's.
