Best way to convert PPT files online?

Currently we use an convert API service for our webapp to import PPT files (PPT, PPTX > PDF+JPG). We would like to do this conversion on our own cloud in Azure. Also we would like to compare files if already imported. What is the best solution for this? We've seen Share Point 2013, Open XML and Aspose.Slides as possible options.

Besides the two options you have seen, you could also consider Spire.Presentation, which support your needs to convert PPT files online.
