I am currently using the Access Membership Provider and a third party photo gallery with the Club starter kit and would now like to use the New, Events, SQL Provider and the SQL photo gallery supplied with the kit. My host has set up  MS SQL 2000, will this work with the SQL Server Express databases supplied with the club kit?

    Thanks for your help.

Actually this kit was developed before 2.0 so it comes with .sql files for 2000, you can download it below, if you plan to do serious development the 2000 developer edition is less than $20 it will help you or an employer with 2000 license can give you the free personal edition.  Hope this helps.

Thanks, I am already using the club kit although I am using the Access Membership Provide and acurrently am not using the ohoto album, new, or the events. I would now like to start using these in addition to switching over to the SQL Membership Provider.

Do you have any advice on on to implement these changes?

Here is a new extended version of this kit, most basic things you need you could find existing code in this site, take time to read most long threads and you will find what you need.  Hope this helps.

    Here is my existing website:

I do not want to use the extended club kit, I am familar with it and am happy with the original version, I am just looking to use the sql features of the kit and info on implementing this. Maybe I am not making myself clear on my objectives.

    Thanks

The  issue will be moving the membership implemented in SQL Server Express to your hosting company SQL Server 2000, the two are not similar so you have to move everything manually.  I posted a FAQ on how to move any database and permissions to any hosting company.  The main thing to remember to add your application name property when you move the database to the hosting company.  Sorry about the misunderstanding. Hope this helps.
