Like many things printed manuals may not be provided and even .PDF's may not be available since both have to be updated when necessary so current documentation online may be what you will find.

Now the latest version of Visual Studio Professional 2015 is VS professional 2015 with update 3 and this professional version is not free. If you have not install it, you can download it from Visual Studio Downloads and have a look at the Install Visual Studio 2015 before the installation to get the basic information about it. After the successful installation, like Luigi Bruno said, you can open VS and go to Help-View Help to search the help documents.
