Charts and Graphs in CE 6.0 R3 using C++

Question

I'm developing an app in Silverlight for Windows Embedded in CE 6.0 R3 and that requires using C++.  I have a need in my application for displaying charts, graphs and dials in my user interface.  Is there a package/library that I can buy?  Is there something that I can use in VS2008?
