AppId is the IAP receipt is not consistent

Question
-
Sometimes the AppId in the IAP receipt is in the form of 12345Product.Name_hashcode (this is obviously the Package Family Name PFN)
But sometimes the AppId in the IAP receipt becomes the form of 12345678-1234-1234-1234-1234567890AB (don't know where this is come from, but seemingly it is also valid as if i go to this url: ms-windows-store:REVIEW?appid=12345678-1234-1234-1234-1234567890AB, and the review page of the app open up)
Does that mean both form of AppId in the receipt are valid?

Hi Lianhau,
There are two kinds of AppId formats in the receipt, one is obviously the Package Family Name (PFN), another is App's GUID . you couldn't see it in the Dashboard but could refer to this document to see your app's GUID by writing some codes in your project. If your receipt are all from Store, I think the both forms of AppId in the receipt are valid. Thank you!Best Regards,

@Lianhau,
As this is an IAP related issue I've moved this case to Dev Center related forum.
Best regards,
Barry
