Not able to submit Update for some of the apps in my Dashboard RRS feed

  • Hey there,

    For the past 2 weeks I am facing the below issue. I am not able to submit update to some of the apps in my dash board.

    Whenever I click the Update Link for these apps I am getting am error message stating

    Couldn't upload app
    We couldn't save your info at this time. Try again later.

    Now these apps are listed in In-Progress Submissions, I am selecting the app from the list and I am getting 2 links "Complete" and "Delete" Whenever I click the "Complete" Link I am getting the same error message. Because of this I am not able to submit the updated are any of you guys facing same issue

    Have you tried deleting and restarting one of the submissions? If you're still blocked please submit a support request if you haven't already.

  • Hey Danny,

    Do you want me to delete the last submission or delete the entire game from the marketplace?

    Already I have provided a Couple of updates, If I delete the submission will the existing users get the update version on top of there version or will it get installed as a new app?
