How to assign custom shortcut to macro in Microsoft Project, through VBA? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi

I have a few views and I want to be able to quickly switch between them using CTRL+1, CTRL+2, and so on. By default, Project only allows CTRL+ a letter when creating the macro.

I know that in Excel it can be done with "onkey" event. However, this doesn't seem to be available in Project.

    Any help is welcome!

    Thanks Andre

  • Right click on project ribbon and select Customize Ribbon.  It allows the creating on icon and keystrokes to call macros.
