Trim performance Test fails during Windows Hardware Certification tests on Windows 8.1 x86 RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello, Please, this is the first time I run the certification tests. I need some help to understand how can I fix this issue.

    Does anybody solved this issue? I found a problem using WHCK 8.100.26631  with Windows Server 2008 R2 on a Windows 8.1 PRO x86 platform. Trim Performance Test cannot pass after several attempts.

    Is there any method to pass this test without running amd64 version and including the ERRATUM 3419 in the package?

    Filter 3419 says:

    Issue Description: The Trim Performance Test may improperly fail on Windows 8.1 x86 machine with no log and the failure message TdhGetEventMapInformation failed with 0x8. The test may improperly run out of memory.
    Issue Resolution: If this issue occurs, test using the amd64 version of the test. If this passes, submit the amd64 version of the test ruslt in the form of an additional hckx package in the additional files section of the submission. Submit using the readme file and include erratum 3419 in the readme file.

    Application Failure says:

    Acquisition of genuine ticket failed (hr=0x80072EE7) for template Id {99c92734-d682-4d71-983e-d6ec3f16059f}

    System Failure Says:

    Event ID 10010 — COM General Functionality

    Thanks a Lot.
