Need help getting started... RRS feed

  • I know forums are not particularly fond of generic overview questions, but I'm really having trouble getting started on how to do this. I'm looking to find a way to create an add-on to Outlook clients within our O365 instance in order to allow users to report phishing/spam emails to my team by just clicking on a button in the ribbon or something like that. I've done a ton of research and found quite a bit of information for doing this pre-O365 contained simply to the Outlook client, but even then I've suffered a lot of issues trying to figure out how to get started. Any advice or directions or recommended readings for helping me do this?
