    A layer diagram visualizes the high-level, logical architecture of a system by organizing the physical artifacts in the system into logical, abstract groups called layers. These layers describe major tasks that the artifacts perform or the major components of the system. Each layer can also contain nested layers that describe more detailed tasks.
    Component testing is testing of specific module or program and is a completely different activity.
