The “OS Issues” Preview program support forums have moved from MSDN to the
MSFT Community platform.
Go to the
new
OS Issues forum to get support for questions or issues about the operating system that do not involve developing applications.

part our continued effort to improve the support experience of Windows Phone, we have consolidated the Windows Phone Consumer Support forums (http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/winphone),
and the Windows Phone Preview OS Issues forum (formally located on MSDN).
What has not changed?
The App Development Phone Preview program support forums will remain on MSDN:

- App Compatibility forum
– Questions or issues about compatibility of apps related to the preview release.
